What the site records
The site does not measure its audience and uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It sets a single cookie, ai_swiss_lang, when you choose a language: it opens the site in that language on your next visit and expires after one year.
Fonts are served by the site itself. Videos only load when you play them.
Like any host, the hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, page requested, date and time) to display and protect the site.
Forms, registrations, memberships and purchases
Contact forms, event registrations, memberships and the shop run on the AI Swiss GHL tools (HighLevel, LeadConnector). The data you enter there (name, email address, phone, organisation, message, membership or order choice) is used to answer you, to manage your registration, membership or order, and to keep you informed about AI Swiss activities if you agreed to it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Shop items are printed and shipped by Printful, which receives the delivery address.
Providers and countries
HighLevel (LeadConnector), Stripe and Printful are companies based in the United States. Your data may therefore be processed in the United States.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as it serves our relationship with you (membership, registration, order, exchange), then for as long as legal obligations require, notably for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask what data AI Swiss holds about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing, by writing to info@a-i.swiss. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
